Data is collected when you provide it to us by using the CORE GOLF app or by visiting any page of our website. It can also be collected through emails, surveys or advertisements. When you create an account with CORE GOLF, we will need you to provide us with a username or email address, along with a password. Any of your personal details can be accessed and updated via app - you are in control of your own personal information.
We may also use any reviews or comments you create and submit about our app, services or products for display on our website, in advertising material or in marketing material. This includes any review or comments made through our website or through third parties such as the Apple App Store.
There may be other sections of our website where you can make public posts or comments. We would remind users that this information can be viewed publicly and possibly be used by others. You should not disclose any personally identifiable information through such forums in order to protect your personal data.

3 — How and why we use your data

3.1 — To manage your CORE GOLF experience
We will use your personal data to provide you with access to the CORE GOLF app, website and associated products and services, including managing your requests, login and authentication information, remembering your settings, maintaining your account, responding to your requests, and processing payments.

We may send you emails, newsletters and messages about new features, products and services, and content. We will only ever contact you electronically for marketing purposes and you can change your mind at any time.

4.1 — Your preferences
You can choose not to provide us with personal data if you prefer not to: If you choose to do this, you can continue to use the website and browse its pages, but we will not be able to provide you with access to the app or systems that require your personal data.
You can turn off cookies in your browser by changing its settings: You can block cookies by activating a setting on your browser allowing you to refuse cookies. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. If you turn off cookies, you can continue to use the website and browse its pages, but the website will not work as effectively.
We will inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for marketing and if third parties are involved. You can opt-out from marketing at any time by amending your preferences. You can do this via the Your Account section of the app or the website. Our emails to you will also include instructions on how you can opt out of receiving marketing material from us.
4.2 — Your rights
You have rights under the GDPR that can be exercised with CORE GOLF by emailing [email protected].

Access: You have the right to access information we hold about you.

You can do this by asking us to erase any personal data we hold about you, if it is no longer necessary for us to hold the data for purposes of your use of CORE GOLF.

5 — Handling of data & Third Party’s
5.1 — How we keep your personal data secure
We take the security of your personal data very seriously. As such, we have taken precautions to protect the security of all personal information we process. This includes having physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help safeguard, prevent unauthorised access and maintain data security. Although neither people nor security systems are foolproof, including encryption systems, we have taken all reasonable measures to protect your information as securely as possible. If anything does happen and your personal data has been compromised, we will take action to rectify the matter. We can't ensure the security of your personal information alone. Please remember that you provide personal data at your own risk and that no data transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your username and password secret and safe.

The personal data we collect is processed at our offices in Portugal and in any data processing facilities operated by the third parties we work with.
By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing by us. If we transfer or store your information outside the EEA in this way, we will take steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

We use third parties to help us provide the best CORE GOLF experience possible. Sometimes it is necessary for us to share your data with third parties in order to get all our services to work well. We will only partner with third parties who we believe are going to treat your personal data with just as much care as we do.
